Corowa Whisky and Chocolate, Corowa NSW - Life with the Lamsays

After our brief visit to Howlong, we carried on driving out to Corowa for the morning. Before visiting any more playgrounds, we stopped in at the Whisky and Chocolate Distillery for a look around.

This abandoned flour mill was turned into a world-class whisky distillery. The grains are sourced from local farmers, the water is from the Murray River, and the copper stills are handmade there - it’s all sourced locally.

There’s so much to choose from in the shop - lots of different chocolate coated goodies, and there’s even a few little taster jars at the counter so you can try before you buy.

We had a good look around and ended up getting some milk chocolate coated strawberries and dark chocolate coated inca berries. Hunter got a bag of freckles and a cute top too.

We’ll have to stay a bit longer next time we come for a drive out here, as there’s also a restaurant/cafe, and freckle making for the kids. But what a gorgeous place to visit whilst you’re in Corowa - definitely worth a look!

Until next time!
