Bluey’s House Christmas display in Myer, Melbourne - Life with the Lamsays

We saw Bluey’s bedroom, for real life! Whilst we didn’t queue for ages outside Myer on Bourke Street in Melbourne to see the Bluey themed Christmas window, we did do the Bluey’s Christmas interactive section, which I think Hunter enjoyed more! The wait wasn’t as long, and the kids got given headphones and were able to look around and explore.

Due to being in the city during the busiest time of year, of course we made use of our foxy backpack whenever he wasn’t in the pram. He loved telling Nana Sue the different characters names whilst they waited, and attempting to make a tune on the little pianos they had. He was so patient in the line, but when it came to seeing all the toys at the end that he wasn’t getting - it was all a bit too much.

However, across from all of the Bluey excitement, there was a Jurassic Park moving dinosaur, so that was a good distraction that he could check out before making our way out of Myer.

If you’re in the city of Melbourne, or planning to make a crazy last minute trip like we did, I’d definitely check out the indoor Bluey section with the little ones, even if you don’t fancy waiting to see the famous Christmas window.

 Until next time!
