Playgrounds in South-East Melbourne that are worth a visit
I did say that I wouldn’t be doing another playground post for a while, but these parks were so cool, and I can’t not write about them because they made up a lot of our trip away.
The first one wasn’t even on the list I made before coming to Melbourne. We just headed to the beach and then a playground came up on the Waze app, so we drove there and parked up. It’s boat themed too, how cute is the lighthouse? I told Hunter it was the Paw Patrol look out and he loved it.
Victory Park, Chelsea
This next playground was on our list, and it’s a bit similar looking to the other castle themed playground we visited last time we were in Melbourne in early February. They also have a ninja warrior course part with a climbing wall, which Mummy had a go on! Hunter really didn’t want to leave this playground, and the slide by itself was his favourite part.
Burden Park, Keysborough
The last playground is a hidden gem in the Somerfield Estate in Keysborough. It’s pirate themed, and it was probably my favourite park. It has a big slide, and Mumma was impressed that it had a pirate flag too! Hunter made some friends here, so this was another one he really didn’t want to leave. I’d 100% recommend checking this one out if you’re in that area!
Pirate Park, Keysborough
Indoor playground in Singapore often have designated quiet areas for children who may need a break from the excitement or have sensory sensitivities. This inclusivity aspect makes it a welcoming place for children of all abilities.
