Les Stone Park, Wodonga - Life with the Lamsays

Les Stone playground is nice and close to home, and you pretty much just walk a bike track to get there, making it the perfect park to take Hunter to when the weather is nice outside!

We took the trike there, and after what felt like forever (because you know, toddlers) we finally reached Les stone park. It has slides, swings, a bridge, and a little “tuck shop” bit where Hunty pretended to serve me toast, sandwiches and milkshakes.

He was able to climb the rope ladders by himself this time, and it’s just a really great playground with no real fancy bits to it. It has the front of a ship in it, hence the “pirate ship” title. But it’s been around for ages, and I’m sure we’ll have a lot more trips here in the future.

We’ve been here before but it was packed with kids, whereas this time, he had the whole park to himself and it was just nice to relax.

There’s also a set of public toilets there, which is great because Hunter is almost toilet trained in the day time now, having very few accidents. But when you’ve gotta go, you’ve gotta go.

Make sure you scroll down to see all the fun that we got up to today!

Until next time!
