Toddler Playtime at Victory Lutheran College

Hunter's day care journey has come to an end, and whilst Kindergarten doesn't start until next year, we figured that playgroup would be perfect for little man in the mean time.

Yesterday, Nanny took him to Toddler Playtime that’s started back up at Victory Lutheran College. It’s a playgroup for kids 5 and under, and it’s on Wednesday’s from 9am until 10.30am.

Nanny took so many photos, as both of these were working today, but it looked like he had so much fun playing! There were train tracks, cars, Lego, and some puzzles too to keep him busy. They also have the playgrounds on the school grounds too, so he had loads of fun on those after the session was finished.

They also get a snack break too, and it looks like Hunter had some fruit for his morning tea. 

There's also a playgroup that runs on Friday's at the Felltimber Community Centre from 9.30am to 11.30am, and we went to check that one out last week, but we arrived just as they'd packed up. I had a chat to the lovely lady that runs the playgroup, and we'll be going this week to see what it's all about. This one is $4 and a snack is provided here too.

This works out to be a really cost-effective way for your kids to socialise with others, and also have fun. It gets us parents out of the house too, which is always nice, and a chance to meet other parents.
