The Belvoir Park upgrade at Sumsion Gardens is finished

This morning we went out to check out Belvoir Park at Sumsion Gardens in Wodonga, because the upgrade to the playground is finally finished and open to the public!

It looks so nice, and because we got up and out the door so early, it wasn’t busy at all. The older part of the playground was empty too, so there was plenty of room for Hunter to run around there. It was also a great opportunity for me to snap some shots for this blog post, without worrying about getting random kids in the background.

We took his balance bike out there too so he could ride around, but he just wanted to play on the big kids part of the park. I followed him up there a few times, as it’s a bit too big for him, but he managed pretty well. 

This park is the perfect place for kids of all ages to play, with so much open space to kick a ball around too. If you haven’t checked out the new part yet, I highly recommend that you do! We spent about an hour there today, even though it was super chilly!
